HTC Hero S Factory Resetting:
1. From the Home
screen, press menu icon and then tap Settings.
2. After above
Tap SD and phone storage > Factory data reset.
3.Now Tap Reset
phone, and then tap Erase everything.
HARD RESETTING HTC Hero SBY BUTTON:
If you cannot switch on your phone
or access the phone settings, you can still perform a factory reset by using
the buttons on the phone.
- With the phone Power off, press and hold the HOME and BACK buttons, and then press the POWER button.
Note: If
you are not sure whether your phone's power is turned off, remove and then
reinsert the battery.
- After the phone is restored to its factory default settings, press MENU to reset it.
