Procedure:

1. From the  home screen, tap menu
2. Tap Settings and then Privacy
3. Tap Factory data reset
4. Now tap Reset phone
5. Enter  password if required and then tap Erase everything to confirm

or

1. Press and hold the Power button and after that touch the Power off option on the screen to turn off the device.

2. at the same time press and hold the volume up button and volume down button.

3. With no releasing the volume buttons, press and hold the power button until the device displays the configuration screen.

4. Press the volume buttons to move the highlight bar on the screen to the Factory Reset selection.

5. Now Touch the Camera button to start the reset procedure.

6. And Wait for the phone to reboot.
