Performing a Master Reset (Hard Reset)

    Touch Settings and in the Phone basics section select Master Clear & reset.

    To remove all user settings while leaving your stored data intact, touch Master reset.

     You will be asked to enter your password. If you have not changed the password, the default password for your dell Aero is '1234'.

    Touch OK to proceed with resetting the phone to factory state and restarting the phone.
